Shipping within the Netherlands

For orders over € 30, the shipping costs are free.

For orders under € 30, we ask a contribution of € 3.50 in shipping costs.

 

Normally you will receive your order delivered by PostNL within 2 to 4 days. Note: Take extra delivery time into account. PostNL is currently very busy, which means that some letter post and parcels have been delayed.

 

Shipping outside the Netherlands (in Europe)

Free shipping for orders from € 50, =.

For orders under € 50, we ask a contribution of € 6.50 in shipping costs. Your order will be delivered within a few days with a Track & Trace code.

 

Incomplete / damaged shipment

I always do my best to deliver your order complete and on time. If something is missing or something else is wrong with your order, please contact us by email within 7 days after delivery, and we will come to a good solution together.
